From chia seed jars at breakfast to gourmet dishes at dinner. A signature for us is the wild venison sourced by Fare Game. I like that the meat is organic, full of nutrients and is so lean. Each animal can be traced by GPS so we absolutely know where it comes from. It’s the strong relationship with our landscape that really makes this our signature dish.”
