Winter is a time to celebrate wholesome fare and the warmth of good yarns around the fireplace.  Lombardi Bar is all about these great winter vibes and Eva Kolbabova Restaurant & Bar Manager, shares a few of her favourites. 


The Wild Venison Burger is a perfectly rustic dish that is just the ticket after a day on the slopes. There’s a plum & tamarillo chutney and delicious smoked Dutch gouda, served with hand cut kumara fries. A dish that will certainly satisfy your tastebuds whilst making you feel right at home.

To drink, you can’t go past a Mulled Wine – our recipe blends together a warm liquor, fresh fruits and spices with the aroma giving that unmistakable après ski vibe. A true compliment to our alpine residence.
