In celebration of International Pinot Noir Day, Lombardi Restaurant is presenting a 5 course degustation matched with the best Central Otago Pinot Noir.

Crafted by Chef AJ, who began his cooking career in Florida and attended The Culinary Institute of America in New York City, the evening will be a gastronomic event to delight the senses. Chef AJ will showcase the best of the season’s produce through his “Trust the Chef” menu, each paired with celebrated wines from Wooing Tree, Amisfield and Nevis Bluff to name a few.
