For the first time in twenty years, Lombardi Restaurant is seeking an external candidate for the role of Executive Chef.

 

Responsible for the management of Lombardi Kitchen, planning, and the creation and delivery of exceptional food services within our 134 room, five star hotel business, this rewarding and demanding role requires any candidate to bring the highest of standards, outstanding organisational skills, and a genuine approach to leading a talented team.

 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is considered a senior leader within our executive team, and is responsible for a team of 10.

 

Must-have Qualifications Include :

Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or related discipline;

10 years of experience in kitchens & a minimum of 3 years in a senior/leadership role;

Advanced knowledge of the principles & practices within the Food & Beverage/Hospitality profession;

Fluent in English both spoken and written;

Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products, as well as payroll and purchasing systems.
